Dialogue Script – We can try to cheer him up!
Ray: Poor Dave, he’s been feeling miserable since his girlfriend dumped him.
Don: I know just how it feels. It took me a long time to get over my breakup with Sally. I wonder if there’s anything we can do for him.
Ray: Maybe there is. We can try to cheer him up. What if we invite him to go somewhere fun tonight?
Don: Somewhere fun? You mean a place where we can meet some hot chicks, like a club?
Ray: That’s right! Dave needs to meet a new girl. It will do him good.
Don: Great idea! I’d love to go to a place like that myself. Can you call him later and check if he’d like to join us?
Ray: Sure, I’ll do that. We can also stop by at Jimmy’s for a burger and some beers. I’m sure Dave would like that.
Don: Sounds good to me! Hum, I just remembered something, my car is at the repair shop, can we take your car tonight?
Ray: No problem. I can pick you up at your place.
Don: Great! Keep me posted after you talk to Dave. I really hope he likes the idea. As for myself I’m really in the mood for some fun tonight!
